Community Impact

Since its beginning in 1990, Leadership Lodi has been designed to inspire and motivate Lodi area citizens to achieve higher levels of leadership responsibility. The ten-month program provides participants with the necessary information to understand the complexities of the Lodi community. In addition, the program will provide students with the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with current community leaders. Participants will discuss, explore, and learn about topics such as leadership dynamics, government, education, law, agribusiness, economic development, health, and the arts. We gather to impact our community with a variety of annual events.

Dedicated to Community

Education Day for Leadership Lodi 2024 commenced at the Lodi Unified School District James Areida Education Support Center, delving into the district's profound impact on more than 27,000 students. Following this enlightening start, our journey took us to Lincoln Technical Academy, where we witnessed firsthand the transformative Career Training Education programs geared towards equipping students with the tools for future success. The day continued with a delightful lunch experience at Ronald E. McNair High School, courtesy of the culinary prowess of their students at the newly inaugurated student-run café. Energized and inspired, we convened at Trail Coffee Roasters, strategizing our forthcoming nonprofit endeavor for The Village Lodi. Our enriching excursion culminated at the University of the Pacific, where we immersed ourselves in a comprehensive tour of Benerd College, marveling at their state-of-the-art sports facilities and indulging our senses in the melodies emanating from the Conservatory of Music.

Class of 2024

Leadership Lodi's Class of 2024 is thrilled to announce our partnership with Village Adult Day & Community Center for our class project! The "Storage and Furniture Improvement Project" will enhance the Community Center in downtown Lodi, providing essential storage space and new furniture. This project will positively impact the lives of clients and families, fostering camaraderie and skill-building opportunities. Our fundraising goal is $15,000 to purchase customized storage benches, cabinets, and a sectional sofa. Let's make a difference together!
