Community Impact
Since its beginning in 1990, Leadership Lodi has been designed to inspire and motivate Lodi area citizens to achieve higher levels of leadership responsibility. The ten-month program provides participants with the necessary information to understand the complexities of the Lodi community. In addition, the program will provide students with the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with current community leaders. Participants will discuss, explore, and learn about topics such as leadership dynamics, government, education, law, agribusiness, economic development, health, and the arts. We gather to impact our community with a variety of annual events.

Participants in Leadership Lodi are driven to enhance their leadership potential, deepen their understanding of the Lodi community, and invest their talents for the betterment of the place we all call home. The program reflects the diversity of Lodi itself, with graduates representing a wide cross-section of the community from small local businesses to larger organizations.
Beyond the classroom, they collaborate on a class project selected during a retreat and actively participate in community meetings turning learning into action.
