Meet Your Tools for Success Seminar Speakers

The Lodi District Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome Victor and Cindy Delgado as our opening speakers of the Tools for Success Seminar series. This quarterly FREE seminar for Chamber Members and members of the community will feature topics that are important to YOU and YOUR BUSINESS. In the meantime, we would like to take a moment and introduce Victor and Cindy to you. Cindy Benson Delgado is President and Founder of Full Force Solutions, LLC, a consulting company focusing building people to drive business results for organizations.  She is also the CEO of V.M. Delgado & Associates, Inc. offering Dale Carnegie in the San Joaquin Valley.  She is a Global Carnegie Master Trainer for Dale Carnegie & Associates, Inc. 
 
Corporate Training Experience:
As President and CEO of these companies, she provides a unique solution for customers leveraging insights gained through consulting and world-class training solutions driving results for clients globally.  Her experience spans North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.  She has worked in more than 25 countries to drive customer success and grow and develop teams.
 
Cindy also has strong operational business experience and franchise experience.  Cindy joined Dale Carnegie via the franchise based in Seattle, Washington, where as Vice President of Training and Controller, she worked directly with customers’ needs, supported sales, recruited trainers, and developed the training team.  Recognizing that training alone does not always solve clients’ needs, she founded Full Force Solutions to drive consultation results and leverage her network to provide specifically aligned solutions for customers.   
 
Industry Experience:
Cindy has strong experience working with leading large corporate clients and Federal customers on building and aligning performance expectations, implementing SMART goals, strategic planning and leading organizational alignment goals for transparency.

For over 20 years, she has worked with organizations to align people in the organization initiatives for cohesion and strong results. Her customers include: E&J Gallo Wineries, Blue Diamond Growers, Pratt Industries, StoragePRO, Industrial Electrical Company, Hospice of San Joaquin, Microsoft, Starbucks, Intel, Nasdaq, Honeywell, Bank of America, Costco, John Deere, Wilhelmsen Ships Service, Albemarle, A.P. As President and Franchise Co-Owner, he responsible for business development and identifying the solutions for customers.  Victor’s coaching and facilitation has helped Fortune 100 corporations, non-profits, and entrepreneurial firms to transform the way they engage employees and clients. He has trained leaders at all levels on communication, management, and effective leadership; sales leaders on coaching and developing their salespeople, coached manufacturing leaders on leadership and teaming skills, and enhanced the leadership for State and Local Governments.
 
Industry Experience:
Raised in New Mexico with a farming background, Victor has used his entrepreneurial focus to own two successful Dale Carnegie franchises across four states including New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, and California. His 30+ years’ experience with customers provide a rich understanding of unique industry trends, solutions for complex challenges, and teaming results that have his customers asking repeatedly for his involvement.
