Since its beginning in 1990, Leadership Lodi has been designed to inspire and motivate Lodi area citizens to achieve higher levels of leadership responsibility. The ten-month program provides participants with the necessary information to understand the complexities of the Lodi community.
In addition, the program will provide students with the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with current community leaders. Participants will discuss, explore and learn about topics such as Leadership Dynamics, Government, Education, Law, Agribusiness, Economic Development, Health and the Arts.
Leadership Lodi applicants should be seeking to enhance their leadership potential, increase their knowledge of the community, and be willing to commit their individual talents for future years for the betterment of the community of Lodi. Graduates of the program include individuals from a wide cross-section of the Lodi community, including representatives from both large and small businesses.
If you are ready to improve your leadership skills and discover how much more there is to learn about the community you live and work in, please visit the Leadership Lodi Website or call Shannon at 209-367-7840 x103 for more information on how to apply.
